Invitation to Tender (ITT)

BaseballSoftballUK (BSUK) invites suitably qualified and experienced firms to tender for the provision of external audit services.

The purpose of this process is to appoint an external auditor that can deliver a high-quality, independent audit service and provide constructive insight to support the organisation.

The full Invitation to Tender (ITT) document sets out the scope of services, response requirements and evaluation criteria.

How to Apply

Tender responses must be submitted:

  • By email only (hard copy submissions will not be accepted)
  • In PDF format
  • By the deadline stated below

Submission Requirements

The subject line of the email must be:

“Confidential – ITT External Audit Services – [Tenderer Name]”

Tenderers are responsible for ensuring that their submission is received in full by the deadline. Late submissions may not be considered.

All responses must be:

  • Structured in accordance with the ITT and Tender Response Template
  • Complete and signed where required
