BaseballSoftballUK (BSUK) is the national development agency for baseball and softball in the United Kingdom. BSUK has provided services to the British Softball Federation (BSF) and the baseball community for more than 20 years, with the ambition of developing and increasing the levels of participation, skill and achievement of baseball and softball across the United Kingdom. Formed in 2000, BSUK employs 12 full-time staff, working towards the goal of making the sports stronger, safer, and more sustainable for future generations.

BSUK is presently engaging with Sport England to secure investment for 2022-2027 and has received an early indication of being successful in its application.
The forthcoming award, if granted, will acknowledge BSUK’s critical role as a System Partner and one of just ~130 key organisations, in aligning with Sport England’s Uniting the Movement strategy to increase activity levels, especially across under-represented communities.
As part of BaseballSoftballUK’s goal to achieve greater financial sustainability in the future, the company increased the size of the Fundraising & Partnerships team in 2019, with the goal of increasing the company’s non-funding revenues.
