The British Baseball Federation and British Softball Federation have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) which gives BSUK the right to represent their Olympic-format national team programmes to funding agencies and others up to the commencement of the Tokyo Olympic Games.

2016Joint-CEO John Boyd nominated for Little League International Board of Directors
BSUK’s Joint-CEO. John Boyd, was officially nominated for election as the Europe and Africa Representative to the Little League International Board of Directors as determined via an e-mail vote. Upon approval, Mr. Boyd, who has been involved with Little League for 30 years, will assume his seat at the November 2016 Board of Directors Meeting, succeeding Kristian Palvia of Skovde, Sweden, as the Europe and Africa Region Representative to the Board.

BSUK has signed up to the Mereation.org.ntal Health Charter for Sport and Recreation, developed by the Sport and Recreational Alliance, the Professional Players’ Federation and the leading mental health charity Mind, and launched on 25 March in London by Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg and a number of top sports stars.
