The new Coaching Playbook launches this summer and BaseballSoftballUK needs your help! We’re looking for dedicated Coach Developers to help train British baseball and softball coaches. Our goal is to have Coach Developers spread across the UK to increase the accessibility of coaching courses in the future.

The role of a Coach Developer is vital for the development of the sports. Coach Developers will train coaches to the standards set out in the Coaching Playbook, act as mentors to new coaches starting out, and be the first point of contact baseball and softball coaches have with the Coaching Playbook. The better the Coach Developers are, the better our coaches will be!

We are asking that any interested parties apply at the link here or on the form below.
Please detail your background, especially any coaching certifications you have or have had.

Those selected will be invited to attend a webinar on 28 April from 7-8 PM to detail the current progress of the Coaching Playbook, the Coach Developer role, and to answer any questions you may have.
