The Great Britain Women's Softball programme is looking to fill the role of U-15 Women's Head Coach ahead of the 2025 competition season. 

Currently ranked 11 in the WBSC/KONAMI World Rankings and coming off medals at the Senior and U-23 European Championships, Great Britain is working to qualify for and compete at the LA 2028 Olympic Games. The U-15 cohort of players will be key to the programme's development over the next four years and beyond. 

The ideal candidate will be an inspirational coach who has experience in long-term player development, and an understanding of the landscape of softball both in the USA and WBSC International Competition. Previous experience creating a softball programme, or working within a performance environment, is particularly encouraged. 

This is a non-salaried position (expenses will be covered).
