Full Programme - This is our coaching resources user guide and will provide you with information about the game, it's structure, the equipment you will need and the skills that can be applied.
Oervview and Skills - There are a variety of skills required in Fastpitch Softball such as throwing, catching, striking. The guide will highlight these skills and teach you how best to apply them in a game through our school skills videos which can also be found below via the You Tube video.
Coaching Programme - The coaching programme is designed to provide teachers and coaches with easily accessible tools to introduce Fastpitch Softball to students using our easy to follow sessions
Modified Rules - The info found in the modified rules guide aims to provide opportunities for success and improvement, and reduce the fear that can be typically held around a sport where a player can be "Out" during a game. These rules include changes to pitching & hitting, scoring runs and fielding positions
