    Softball 4 Beginners off to a great start in Milton Keynes

    Milton Keynes Bucks Baseball Club has decided to run a “Softball 4 Beginners” course to boost participation and club membership in partnership with BSUK Regional Coach Will Lintern, and the course got off to a flying start on Friday, May 27 with 20 new softball players taking to the field.

    Lakenheath and one of many Raiders teams take the titles at the LSF Co-ed First Ball

    The sun shone brightly on the LSF Co-ed First Ball Tournament at Old Deer Park in London on Saturday, May 21, with 27 teams taking part. Team Lakenheath won the B-grade competition and A Few Good Raiders, one of four teams from the Raiders Softball Club playing in the C tournament, took the C-grade title.

    BSUK’s Trainee Community Coach in Manchester tells his story

    Baljit Ahluwalia was chosen earlier this year by BSUK regional staff from more than 10 candidates who applied for the position of Trainee Community Baseball and Softball Coach in Greater Manchester. Over the past few weeks, Baljit has been learning about baseball and softball and has also completed a Prince’ Trust Course with support from BSUK staff.
