BaseballSoftballUK (BSUK) is seeking to appoint a Performance Programme Manager. The purpose of the role is to assist the Performance Director in the delivery of the BSUK LA2028 Performance Programme, working across the two Senior National Teams: Great Britain Baseball and Great Britain Women's Fastpitch Softball.

The post holder will report to the Performance Director, collaborate with the Olympic Team Head Coaches and be a key member of the Olympic Performance Management Groups.

In December 2024, UK Sport and Sport England announced a record £1 million funding award for Great Britain Baseball and Softball for the LA 2028 Olympic Cycle, the largest funding award in British baseball and softball history. With an exciting 2025 competition season and a strong programme for the future, this role will be vital in the success of the programme.
