Nominations invited for 2012 BSUK Youth Panel Young Volunteer Awards

The BaseballSoftballUK Youth Panel is inviting nominations from the baseball and softball communities for the 2012 BSUK Young Volunteer Awards.
Categories
The categories for this year's Awards are:
-- Baseball Young Volunteer of the Year.
-- Volunteer Baseball Coach of the Year.
-- Softball Young Volunteer of the Year.
-- Volunteer Softball Coach of the Year.
Nominees must be 25 years or younger in 2012.
Nomination details
Please forward nominations with the following information:
-- Name and last name of the nominee.
-- Email and phone number of the nominee.
-- The nominee's club, university, school or other organisation.
-- The nominee's date of birth and age on 31 December 2012.
-- The nominee's roles within the sport and why they deserve to win the award for which they have been nominated (100 words maximum).
Rewards
The winner in each category will receive:
-- A Certificate from the BSUK Youth Panel.
-- A commemorative plaque.
-- His or her name cited on the BSUK website and partner websites.
-- A baseball or softball-related gift.
Dates
The deadline for sending nominations to the BSUK Youth Panel is 1 November 2012.
The Youth Panel will decide on the winners by 30 November 2012.
Winners of the awards will be informed and receive their rewards by 15 December 2012.
